1. We only accept credit card payment - VISA/MASTER (Visa Recommended) . If you are having problem paying with credit cards, you may contact our customer service to do a money order.

If we don’t ship your order in 24 hours, there must be some items are out of stock, then we will e-mail you via the e-mail address which you register on our site, then you can replace the out of stock items or accept our refund to your balance. After shipping out your items, we would update the order status to "Shipped", with email notification. Normally your order will arrive within 4-9 business days. We do not deliver on public holidays. There are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!
Notes: tracking number will be sent to you through email 2-3 days after your payment is confirmed. You can track it online but don’t worry if you can’t find tracking details. Sometimes they just don’t update when they are on the road. You only need to contact our customer service when you can’t track anything after 2 weeks. there might be some delay.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be asked for a return or exchange depending on your situation
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
1.If you received a wrong item
You have the option of 1) asking for sending the correct one in your next order, 2) returning it for a full refund.,or 3) exchanging it for the correct item.Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange.
2.If you received you an item in the wrong color
You are eligible for a full refund after Customer Service confirms you received the wrong color. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.
3.If an item is missing from your order
Contact Customer Service to inform us an item is missing from your order. When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item price and shipping fee or begin processing a new one for you in your next order.
4.If your package is lost during shipping
Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.
5.We will refund your money to your balance on the website account normally,then your money can be used in your next order.
